Ordering products with vivaelitecases.com is easy as:

1. Add products to your shopping cart

2. Click proceed to check out
3. Create your account and make payment

You can go ahead and start adding products to your virtual shopping cart. Once you are done, just click on proceed to check out. During the check out process, our system will automatically create you an account. If you are a returning customer, you just need to log back in and finish your order. 

How To Add Products To Your Shopping Cart:

1. Look through our catalog to find the products that interest you.
2. Click 'Add To Cart' (You can change the quantity inside the shopping cart)
3. Click the Shopping Cart icon at right top corner. You will be taken to your virtual shopping cart
4. You can remove items you added by mistake or changed your mind about within the shopping cart itself by clicking the "X" icon or change the quantity then click update cart.  

Checkout To Complete Your Order:

1. Once you click on proceed to checkout, you will be taken to the billing details. Here you will fill out your personal details then click on the PayPal button on the bottom right side of the checkout page. 

2. If you need to ship your order to a different address then the one provided in the billing details, just click on the Ship to a different address? and you will be able to enter the name and address where the order will be received. 
3. When you have completed the billing details, go ahead and click on the PayPal button and our system will automatically redirect you to PayPal to finish up the payment process. 
4. When payment is complete, you will be redirected back to your Viva Elite Cases account where you can track your order. 

When you buy $25 or more on Viva Elite Cases, you will be given the option for Free Shipping. Make sure and click on the Free Shipping option to get your shipping discount.

For tracking information, please login into your account with your email and password then click on your recent order(s). Tracking information is updated at approximately 7:00pm PST  each evening; Monday Through Saturday. Tracking information is usually updated within one business day, however, in some rare instances, it may take as long as seventy two hours for tracking  information. If you have any questions about your order, please use the contact us tab and a one of our customer service team members will reply within three business days.
